I'm likely in the minority, but I'm using 4 oz Ramekins. I'm assuming the one mentioned in the video is 6 oz. If you're using 4 oz ones like I am, then you'll want to go 9 Minutes on High Pressure and then a 5 Minute Natural Release. If you end up going over, it will create an unusual texture with lots of bubbles.

At first I thought I had to give up desserts (including flan) cold turkey, but I'm so thankful for this flan recipe from Ann. I've made it SO many times, and even my non-keto husband is a HUGE fan. It doesn't last more than 2 days max in our house. Thanks for the delicious recipe, Ann! Tastes just like the real deal!! You help make this low carb, no sugar lifestyle more sustainable.

I love this recipe. The direction is so easy to follow. The flan tastes so….good. I love that she uses the Allulose and that the Allulose gave a golden beautiful color and did not crystalize. I highly recommend this recipe. Thanks, Ann Linh. I am looking forward for your video.

So happy we found this recipe !! I made it 2 days ago and my whole family loves it. My 15 year old daughter liked it so much she made it herself last night lol! Who says you can’t enjoy food while on keto? And even if you’re no on keto ( my kids ) , this is a much healthier version. Thank you so so much Ann!!!

I made flan using Ann's recipe! It turned out wonderful!!!
I didn't have monk fruit on hand so I used allulose in the custard, and I used Silk brand almond coconut milk mix. It is so perfect! I served it as dessert for Mexican night (without revealing that it is keto). My husband and friends loved it and gave me so many compliments on the creamy and smooth consistency. My friend, who grew up in Vietnam and ate countless of regular flans, did not have any clue at all that there is no sugar in this flan. Thank you so much for the recipe! 🥰

I finally made Ann Lin’s famous flan and it was delicious!!! I would say it has the same consistency of silken tofu pudding. I let my husband try and he was shocked it was a keto version! Thank you for the recipe! 😋

This is my first time on your Channelthank you so much for sharing this recipe. I don't have allulose but may I use stevia as a substitute? 🙂 I also advocate keto as a lifestyle on my channel. Take care! 😉❤️🥰🇨🇦
