Hi Miranda, im making the banana bread today but realized i dont have applesauce. Do you think I can leave that out? Or should I replace with something?
Hi Miranda. What an easy way to make your own bread. Like you've discovered, finding the right type of flour is the hardest part. This will be something for me to try in the future. Thanks for all of the tips during the video.
I do a lot of GF baking and banana bread is 100 times better in mini loaves and doesn’t take as long to cook!
Thank you so much for sharing. I went to the store, got all the ingredients and made the Irish Soda Bread! It was so delicious! 🥰
Finally!!! I've been waiting for you to drop this. I usually just use 1 box Aldi GF baking mix and match the amount with home ground gf oat flour and mix it together. I'm excited to try this recipe/product.
This is great thank you so much! GF breads are so expensive at the store (and have wayyyyy to many ingredients!)
Can’t wait to try these recipes! One question- for the donuts it says 10 blueberries in ingredients but you added a whole bag. Is that what we need is a bag?
I have been eating gluten and dairy free for almost ten years now. I don't eat bread that often anymore, bcs it costs a lot, even if I buy the GF flour for it and do it myself. But one thing I know is that whenever I bake bread, i make the dough basically so liquidy like I would be doing dumplings. Otherwise it just becomes too dry. GF dough needs more liquid. First I was afraid to do it this way but my best gf breads came out from that type of dough, otherwise it becomes soooo cracked on top that I can't slice it normally.
😍😍 Can't wait to try the recipes 🤗🤗
I use Cup4Cup GF flour. It is 1:1 as well and on Amazon as well. It is amazing!
Awesome vid
I’m truly thankful for the man at the store and you. My mom is a diabetic and now her Dr. told her to eat gluten-free. Her weaknesses are bread and sweets! These recipes are a god sent!!!! I don’t bake but I’m excited to try these!!! 🙏🏼♥️
Will they work with any flour if u don’t mind it being GF??
YUM – Miranda, try the soda bread with raisins in the recipe…
🌱 Vegan for life 🌍
Yes ma'am more breads please 🙏🏾it's my favorite thing outside of cheese which are both of my struggles with going wfpb vegan 😋
I just bought a bread maker from costco! I’d love to see you make olive bread, that’s my favourite. do you guys like olives? xx
YAY!!!!! Thank you Miranda!!!!
I have to try the banana bread. I’m sensitive to gluten but I can’t get bobs red mill in germany. I have to try it with local gf flour.
Thank you so very much for these recipes!! I am gluten free and dairy free and can't do sugar. I'm trying all of these. Bob's Red Mill 1:1 flour is the best. I use it for pancakes and muffins.
I’m not GF, but the recipes look excellent. Thanks for sharing!
Will it work with oat flour as well?
Excellent bread recipes Miranda but I don't need to be gluten free since I don't have problems with it but good suggestions for those that do. Gluten free aren't always cheap but with these recipes Miranda you have managed that.
Thank you sooo much for this. Been making your other bread for my family. Looks so good and I can't eat it. Will be making your second loaf this weekend for myself.
Looks fab. I have had success with gluten free rice flour and oat vegan scones. Best eaten fresh or toasted. Thx Miranda! 💚🇨🇮☘️
How truly magical that from sheer happenstance one can find the answers we were looking for ✨💫🙏
I'm so ready to try this! I have yet but I need to get going with it. Thanks again for sharing all these fun delicious easy recipes!
Oh my! You got me with the donuts! Thank you sweet soul!
