Hi Miranda. What an easy way to make your own bread. Like you've discovered, finding the right type of flour is the hardest part. This will be something for me to try in the future. Thanks for all of the tips during the video.

Finally!!! I've been waiting for you to drop this. I usually just use 1 box Aldi GF baking mix and match the amount with home ground gf oat flour and mix it together. I'm excited to try this recipe/product.

I have been eating gluten and dairy free for almost ten years now. I don't eat bread that often anymore, bcs it costs a lot, even if I buy the GF flour for it and do it myself. But one thing I know is that whenever I bake bread, i make the dough basically so liquidy like I would be doing dumplings. Otherwise it just becomes too dry. GF dough needs more liquid. First I was afraid to do it this way but my best gf breads came out from that type of dough, otherwise it becomes soooo cracked on top that I can't slice it normally.

I’m truly thankful for the man at the store and you. My mom is a diabetic and now her Dr. told her to eat gluten-free. Her weaknesses are bread and sweets! These recipes are a god sent!!!! I don’t bake but I’m excited to try these!!! 🙏🏼♥️

Thank you so very much for these recipes!! I am gluten free and dairy free and can't do sugar. I'm trying all of these. Bob's Red Mill 1:1 flour is the best. I use it for pancakes and muffins.
