How about more of a Pan Pizza, not deep dish, in a 13/9 cake pan, or a round one, or in a high sided cast iron skillet, single thick crust on bottom, sauce on top of that, meat on top of that (sausage, pepperoni-NO CHICKEN STUFF), VEGGIES, THEN TON OF CHEESE OVER TOP. I'm in Team Deep Dish . Judge me all you want but I like it better than the NY Pizza . NY Pizza is lame and boring . Only cheese , tomato sauce and thin slices . Chicago Deep Dish can have Italian Sausage and a whole bunch of meat or vegeterian toppings which provide a great deal of flavour and texture .
I think that is the true definition of a "Pizza pie" Looked amazing. The bikini comment got me thinking that you need to get yourself a "Mankini" – google it. A British comedian (Sasha Baron Cohen) made the Mankini infamous with his Borat character… take a look it will make you smile – and you really can buy them but I'm not sure they are suitable for cooking around hot surfaces.
I wouldn't call it a pizza in any form of the name. Let's go with chicken n artichoke alfredo cake. Seems more fitting lol
