Thank you so much! My daughter and I made ravioli based on your video, and they were amazing and wonderful. We LOVE your video, your delivery, your explanations, and your attitude. Your directions were perfectly clear, and empowering, and were exactly what we needed. We had a lot of fun watching you, and making the ravioli. Thank you again.

Best and "APPARENTLY" easiest ravioli recipe I've seen so far so I'll be making it this week. Thanks for sharing.
Also. Whenever I think of cooking pasta the music of choice is Jazz…ALWAYS.
I'll usually start off with Gato Barbieri's "She's Michelle", dedicated to his Italian late wife Michelle Barbieri and I'll go from there.
Of course, the wine is always present.

Loved the video. I watched it about 4 times before I attempted to try it. Clearly I did something wrong in the method of combining the eggs and flour. My dough was never ‘smooth’… I went ahead and finished, but the texture of the dough was not right. I couldn’t roll it thin enough. Super bummed. Thought I’d found the way to an easy homemade pasta dish.

I loved my mom's ravioli and always wanted to make it myself. I remember asking for it every birthday, not a restaurant but homemade. She made it for me and I am determined to make it, this recipe is almost exactly as I remember helping in the kitchen. I'm gonna try
