You have such a good simple ideas 🙂 I still want to try your white bean corn sauce but still haven’t gotten around to it… Have there been any more videos with that in it? It would be really cool to see a video with all your favorite quick sauces and how you use them! I just love throwing everything into the blender for something quick & your one pot meals. Just dice up your zucchini. I like your orzo pasta I bet it would be great with some colored bell peppers. Banana bread looks scrumptious!

Well obviously your channel inspires us, we all keep coming back! Another vegan channel that is super inspsiring is Caitlin Shoemaker, who does a TON of gluten free stuff too. I also love Cheap Lazy Vegan because I too am cheap and lazy.
