    Everything looked so good. I agree totally about carrots being underrated. I don’t buy those so-called baby carrots because they feel slimy after a few days. I buy the two pound bags and we love to chop them into chunks and roast them. They are so delicious that way. We also love munching on carrot sticks. Great ideas and they made me hungry 😊

    Your channel just popped up today…so I thought I would watch it…those taco bowls wow just wow…I will definitely try them on my two I think they will be impressed LOL…and thank you for the hint on the capsicums (here in Australia we call your "peppers" capsicums) …in our horrid summers – as I don't have air-conditioning in the kitchen, I find my vegies wilt and rot within a couple of days so I tediously cut up every veg and pop in freezer…but doing it as a whole is on another level…certainly will try this thanks
