    I definitely either prefer a casserole like this, egg bites made in a muffin pan (absolutely awesome for meal prep!) or poached eggs. There’s just something about that little soft, bundle of joy when placed atop some avocado toast.

    I like that he shows the actual recipe without being on the camera himself, just the food, because I really can't focus on what's going on otherwise due to how hot he is.

    I like scrambled, but started to add mixture of 2tbs of water mixed with 1tbs of startch. It makes eggs so much fluffier and more delicious it fascinates me every time 🙂

    I just found your channel and I'm loving it but I have a quick question: when you show the nutrition facts after cooking the meal, are they per serving or the whole, in this case, casserole has 277 calories – 26.8g protein and so on?
