I'm curious if you're from the "Great Pacific Northwest " I live in the southwest portion of Washington state and love our fresh seafood. You said our big mollusks are the best. I feel razor clams hold that title but that's just my preference and they are in the same family of clams. So I have subscribed to your channel and am looking forward to seeing what else you do.
