I consider myself a pretty good cook. But I also work 50+ hours each week. As I’m writing today, I’m facing a cut on my foot and just can’t stand to cook. So I’m definitely looking forward to this as I need easy go to meals like you are talking about often.

This series is beyond beautiful of you to do. You have such a kind and thoughtful soul. It's obvious to me why people are so drawn to your videos. Even your more complicated recipes never left me feeling overwhelmed because you always broke it down step by step. I would adore a cookbook from you, like snacks and dinner from around the world. Can't wait for series!

I have a newfound appreciation for modification/accommodation/accessibility in the kitchen after this past year. Severe depression paired with chronic gastritis made it impossible for me to cook and eat like I used to. It was a rough transition because, as I learned, a lot of my sense of identity is wrapped up in being an ambitious and eclectic foodie, and accepting that I needed to eat cereal for at least one meal a day for several months took some getting used to. But ultimately there are a lot of ways to get adequate nutrition that don't involve elaborate, labor-consuming preparations. I think you're filling an important void in food media with this series, and I'm really looking forward to watching!
