The parchment liners you link to don't have the little handles that yours have. Do you suppose they changed the design? Doesn't matter. I bought the small round ones and I'm looking forward to using them. I vote for 15-minute recipes. And I'm so sorry for your family issues. You need to spend as much time with your mother (and father) as you can.

Congrats to your daughter, and you and your husband too!
I am so sorry to hear about your mom; I went through the same situation with my dad earlier in the year. Thoughts and prayers to you, your mom and your dad. Take all the time you need. Family comes first.

Congratulations on your daughter’s engagement!! That’s so exciting!💕 Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Hopefully Megan’s wedding preparations will bring you joy and light in a dark time.💙
And, as a former Worcester resident, we always pronounce it “Woo- (like the oo in book) ster.” 😘

Your youngest has a knack for stealing the show! 😂 And you provided me with an inspiration for a future meal, too. I'm going to try a variant on your mummified meatballs. Our home is strictly kosher, so I will have to roll my own meatballs (we have a terrific recipe for those, and they're far tastier than any store-bought frozen version would be, anyway); I will either use kosher, non-dairy frozen puff pastry squares or I'll make up my own dough in my bread machine; and I'll most likely brush on a little beaten egg to put a glaze on them before the final cook, since I can't use butter with meat. I absolutely love the idea of "stringing" the par-cooked (if that's a word) meatballs on spaghetti noodles and then wrapping them up — so clever, and what a presentation, even if it's not Halloween! Any tips for partially cooking freshly rolled meatballs just enough so they stick together prior to wrapping?

Wife and I enjoy your videos. You were a huge influence to buy a Cosori. As a couple of people who grew up “near” Worcester Massachusetts, we learned to pronounce the sauce as “wis’ ter sheer”. Hope this helps.
