Thanks for this tutorial. I was trying to figure out how to do this exact recipe. If I wanted to use whole chicken breasts, why does it only take 4 minutes when the 1lb takes 15? I'm planning on adding 3 chicken breasts because my hubby loves a lot of chicken in his Chicken Curry. LOL.. Thanks.
If using whole chicken breasts, Select Manual, high pressure cooking, for 4 minutes, then NPR (wait for pressure to release naturally). Comes out perfectly moist.
