I did 15 meals yesterday. I had enough to do one more but I was exhausted! You ladies have impressive energy and stamina to do what you do! I have been telling a friend of mine all about freezer meals and I sentsome photos a couple of weeks ago. She's recently separated so she doesn't have a freezer right now, but we are off to buy one today! Also a microwave for me.

Christie have you ever used your onion chopper thingy and used the huge bag of whole garlic cloves peeled at Costco? I use the jarred stuff too…but it's also different than using the super fresh kind? I know it's an extra step…but was thinking for mega sessions popping them in the tiniest mine screen on the onion chopper do dad?
