Howdy girl. Wow I haven't made a cobbler in years. Time to get one made. I made cobblers back in my boy scout days using a Campfire type Dutch Oven. So simple. Grease up the inside of the oven with some lard or butter. Pour in a couple of cans of perhaps peaches, a little sugar. And top off some drop biscuit type biscuits made from "Krustez " biscuit mix. Place the lid and put the oven over some coals next to the fire with some coals on top. Do this when first putting together dinner and by the time we scouts were done with supper our dessert was done. Boy scouts don't go hungry in the woods, no mam. ๐Ÿ˜ Soon our blackberries should be ripe. Think I'll have to make some blackberrie cobbler. Thanks for your video. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜‹
