howdy Brady!! whew! i'm pooped, but i caught up to you!! lol! the suppers were super! good mix and mostly healthy…for those who are picky. i want everyone! i was eating a salad while i watched you…sooo jealous! many times in the past, i get some water going in a pot, cut up the frozen chicken breasts(or not) and boil them for about 15/20 min.. then i microwave my sides…one pan dirty is enough! then i have supper with chicken left for sandwiches or put in freezer for later. i've done that a lot cause its fast. sometimes i would brown the meat a bit after. see ya soon!

I like to brown any kind of meat. It could be chicken, sausage, beef, I made it over the weekend with turkey. Then I throw in a bag of coleslaw mix with some chopped onion, I had a box of thawed spinach I threw that in and then I just made a sauce with some sesame oil salt pepper garlic Dasha hot pepper and then just browned it all up and cook it until the cabbage gets a little brown and crispy. It’s just me so a big pan of that lasts quite a few days for lunch and dinners. Sometimes I’ll even throw the mixture into the tortilla if I have it around and eat it like that

Brady, girl you’re killing me! All of your dishes look absolutely delicious! Honestly! My mouth is watering and it’s 11:30 at night. I’m hungry, but I don’t want to eat. My go to’s are homemade spaghetti sauce with either pasta, ravioli, or gnocchi. Chili is another go to. Beef stroganoff and homemade chicken noodle soup. Also, ham bbq and tuna noodle casserole. I buy the Idahoan instant mashed potatoes, too. Stuffed cabbage soup is another go to. All of these meals last more than one day so I don’t have to cook every day. Too hot in the summer to be stuck in the kitchen. I watch a channel called Simply Sara. She makes wonderful things that are easy. Maybe you’ll check her out. Anyhoo, chefs kiss to all your scrumptious meals! 👩🏻‍🍳

We had a sheet pan dinner last night with a mix of diced sweet potatoes, russet potatoes and Zatarain's Andouille smoked sausage I got on a digital deal a while back. Today I made a big crockpot full of homemade veggie soup. I always make it with hamburger, potatoes, carrots, onions, corn, mushrooms and today I added in the end of a jar of pepperonici peppers. Tomorrow is taco salad. Thursday is teriyaki chicken and salad. Friday hubby always has pizza from the freezer but since that's too many carbs for me I usually have greek yogurt with strawberries and a protein bar. Saturday we'll have the precooked angus hamburgers from Sam's with a salad. Usually on Sunday I'll pop a precooked casserole in the oven and have salads but this Sunday is Dad's day so salmon burgers, sweet potato fries and jalapeno poppers. When I make poppers I'll do a big batch and then freeze them in small containers so we have portion control. We could eat ALL of them soooo easy. : )

Yummy stuff at your house this week…or last week . : )
