Pork chop stuffing casserole
4 -6 boneless pork chops
1 Box Stuffing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water or chicken broth
Season pork chops and place in your crockpot. On top of pork chops, add on the undiluted can of cream of mushroom soup and spread over pork chops. Mix the box of stuffing mixture with water or chicken broth and add on top. Cook on low 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
Easy Chicken Spaghetti
Shredded Chicken breast
1-2 cans of rotel tomatoes
1 box of velveeta cheese sauce
1 package of spaghetti noodles
1 can of mushrooms if desired
Cook and shred chicken breast or purchase a rotisserie chicken and shred
Boil spaghetti noodles, drain, and reserve 1/4 cup of the water
Place spaghetti noodles and reserved water back in the pot, add in shredded chicken breasts, velveeta sauce packets, undrained rotel tomatoes, and drained mushrooms. Mix well and add shredded cheese if desired. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder or your favorite seasonings.
2 questions:
1) do you think I could use chicken breast and cream of chicken soup instead for the first recipe?
2) what's the brown stuff in your green beans? walnuts? I know you said garlic but it don't look like garlic.

We used to get the pork loin at Sams Club and they would cut them into chops and roasts for us. Wsy cheaper! But we buy fresh pork from a local farm now.
