Just made this lasagna tonight and it was a hit with my family, will definitely be making this again! I saw a comment about a chicken bubble up recipe but can't find it. Could you provide the link? Thanks for the great recipes!

If using the lasagna that doesn't need to be precooked your recipe will be much drier because the pasta will soak up the liquid.
What I usually do is if it's a recipe that calls for broth then I will soak my pasta in the broth for a bit but if there's no real liquid then I let them hang out in some water just to hydrate.

We also love spinach in our lasagna and mushrooms. Good call. Yes to homeschooling and cooking being hard. We don't know how parents do it. But glad to see ricotta on this recipe. We also enjoy that. 🙂 We were wondering how the pasta portion of this dish would work, but looks very easy. Looks so good.

Hey Alicia! I've always wanted to try lasagna in the slow cooker but have always been scared that the noodles would end up mushy. I think it's a great idea to add the spinach. Looked really good and definitely encouraged me to give it a try. Thank you for sharing this friend💜

This looks absolutely delicious!! I swear you can do just about anything in the crockpot. I tend to forget about the crockpot too when I’m busy. It happens… Great meal share Alicia ❤️

    Hi, Alicia!
Wow, that crock pot lasagna turned out great! I knew you like vegetables, and I am glad you added the spinach. I could see mushrooms, too!
Crushed red pepper is definitely A LOT spicier than people who are not familiar with it think. 1/4 teaspoon would be plenty
I have gotten distracted from things as well…sometimes they turn to coal, so glad yours was fine, ahah
    Thanks for sharing!

Crockpot is my favorite for comfort food, I love cold weather and hot stews! I would love to try this, you sound like me getting distracted. It looks, however that the lasagna is pretty forgiving!

Hi Alicia 👋.. this crock pot lasagna turned out good. I like the idea of breaking the lasagna sheets and the ricotta with spinach. I could tell your husband was ready for the video to end so he could get at that plate quicker 😂 left you like 1 .. yay first
