    This recipe works really well and I just love it. Thank you so much for sharing this.
    For me,
    2x Cake
    1.5x Mousse
    Is good for my 8 inch pan. Also, I find that though the cake is a little dry, the mousse helps and compliments it sort of perfectly, which is why it is not advised to just bake the bottom cake.
