Ingredients
1/2 cup avocado, vegetable, canola, sunflower or peanut oil
20 large garlic cloves
2 small or 1 large lemongrass, roughly chopped
8 large red chilies (Frezno), roughly cut
5 thai chilies, optional

    Edit: the oil is frickin' delicious! I used coconut oil in mine.

    In Southeast Asia we love to put fermented shrimp paste in certain chilli sauces. I was surprised this is your mother's sauce since she is Korean. Looks like a southeast Asian type of chilli sauce, not Korean.
