I just made gumbo and focaccia bread for dinner tonight! I applaud anyone who can take the time to make a roux from scratch, I myself am a little older with back problems so I brown my flour in the oven for 40 minutes and it turns out a chocolate brown. I boil my chicken in broth and seasonings and then cut up my sausage and chicken. This looks absolutely mouthwatering. Thank you for sharing your recipe with us and many blessings 💖
