Thank you for these. I'm really struggling to make healthy food for my brother in law that he likes. I'm thinking he will like those bars…but with sweet potatoes or pumpkin. He can't have bananas…

Thanks for the bar recipe ❤️ I love all things oatmeal too😊 ON oats for work and stove top for the weekends 😊 Steel cut pretty soon in the crockpot as it gets cooler out. Yay I’m obsessed with oats 🤣

I have been making chia pudding and overnight oats lately. They are so good and like the bars there are so many ways to mix them up. I've changed them up so many different ways. Dried fruit and nuts are really good either mixed into them or as a topping. Definitely a healthy, inexpensive and eat on the go type meals. Thanks for another great video. Stay safe.

Great video. I love to blend my chia pudding before putting it in the fridge. I will sometimes add fruit (strawberries, mango, blueberries, or cherries) which then gets puréed in the blender and really increases the fruitiness. So yummy!

Chia seeds….something I only tried once and did not care for chia seeds in water as a drink. Uggh.
I bought some not long ago to try them again but have not found an easy recipe to try them with. I will certainly try the chia pudding, it sure looks good. Thanks so much. 🙏
