I love watching your videos Aaron and Claire! It's brought me out of my comfort zone and i've discovered I enjoy foods I would never try before! Your recipes are easy to follow and leave room for tweaking or using different ingredients when I can't find what you used. Thanks for all the work you put into the videos and I look forward to seeing another one!
Bonus tip for singles! The sauce is freezer friendly. You can also use shrimp, tofu, or paneer. I make the sauce, then add the protein later when I am making each serving for myself
Not too far off from my usual recipe. I'll have to give that chicken marinade a try next time I make a batch though, that sounds like a great addition.
This looks amazing 🥰🥰 I’m going to cook this for my friend on Thursday night 💝💝 photos to come 🎉🎉🎉 Also, if BTS ate this … you could call it…… Smooth Like Butter Chicken 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Wait, wait, wait, I totally freak out when you do Chinese or Japanese dishes. A dish from India? What's next? I think you should hopscotch around Asia with your next ten or so dishes!
Love you both! Looks delicious, as always! And Claire, that is THE color on you! You look fabulous! Okay, guys, get to hopscotching! 🤗😍😂
Aaron, Claire- I just tried this tonight, and it is the BEST butter chicken! I've wanted you to put out a quick butter chicken recipe for a while now, and it definitely impressed us. It was a little soupy, so I added a corn starch slurry, but other than that fantastic 👌🔥 Thanks for the awesome recipe- it's a keeper for sure!
In my neighborhood we have 2 Indian restaurants on the same block. They are both amazing and both vastly different!! Their butter chickens are some of the best in the city of Toronto in my opinion!!! One is more savoury and creamy, the other more sweet and deep!! So lucky to have so many fantastic restaurants from so many diverse cultures on my doorstep. In 4 blocks we have Indian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Salvadoran, Mexican, Lebanese, Italian, North American, Trinidadian, Thai, Portuguese, Filipino, Gluten Free, Organic, Jamaican, Austrian, Eastern European, and Japanese! Generally two or more of each kind of restaurant!!

Just a heads up another common name for "kasuri methi" is "fenugreek". kasuri methi is the dried leaves of the fenugreek plant.
