omg I just went to a Mexican restaurant and had this for dinner. I was wondering what the sauce and meat was. Great timing I love your video's so informative. I will be ordering your cookbook for myself and my daughter who is getting married. It will be a great gift.

If you have left over birria eat it with some mexican rice on the side and this goes well with chile de arbol hot salsa, you could also make some tacos with flour tortilla. Or if you can make hand made tortillas that will go perfect. I was surprise when you mention that your mom is from Jalisco that is where I”m from . God bless all of you 🙏🏽

Alright, I’m going to try this bc birria is just too darn delicious to not be able to have left overs from take out. thinking of making a big batch of the meat and canning it.

i'm going to try this, but with goat meat. the trick with goat is that it is tough, and will turn tender only after it has simmered for at least 3 & 1/2 hours, preferably 4. at that point it is amazingly delicious!

These look great! I already make the meat but I don't dip tortillas in broth. I'll try it that way. Since you have goats can you do a home made goat cheese recipe? Perhaps herbed or even brie for a summer charcuterie board.

Hi! What can I substitute the mexican oregano with? I don't like in the US and it's quite challenging to find some of the mentioned ingredients here in my country. Thank you 🥰

Hello all. I know this video has nothing to do with baking a cake, but I just wanted to ask whether I can turn a 2 tier cake recipe into a single tier cake? I currently have a recipe that needs to be split and baked into two 8 inch/20 cm baking tins, but a customer of mine wants the exact same cake in a 23 cm baking tin. Do I just make the recipe and pour all of the batter into the one larger tin? Or do I have to adjust the recipe somehow? Thank you soo much in advance.
