    Hi Nikki, I want to make this for a friend tomorrow evening, Unfortunately, he finds cream can upset him. Would the recipe work if I substituted beef stock for the double cream (or used them 50/50), but kept in the sour cream? Ta for your advice. Hope all is well with you and the family. Peter A 🙂 🙂 🙂

    ?? That`s a pretty awful recipe, You missed out a lot you should`ve cooked the beef first and you never used a beef stock, plus you should use diced onions.
