I'm loving your new smart grill, and am sure you are too! It's very fancy and truly smart. Your chicken came out perfectly, and that side of cheesy shells sealed the deal for me! Wow, what a delicious plate!

It was very fortuitous Rick that you chose today to cook in the Ninja Foodi Xl Smart Grill as I have been seriously thinking about getting one and I was up until 2 this morning looking at various videos on YouTube to decide if I need one. As you know I have a normal Ninja Foodi and wondered what advantage there would be in me getting an Xl Smart Grill can I cook ordinary fried eggs in them for example, are they easier to get to the food rather than having to dive down into the pot to fiddle about, what do you think? Thanks, Rick.

The BBQ chicken looks really good! The cheesy shells made it look even better, YUM! I know this sounds weird but to me, what's really good on cheesy shells is raw chopped tomatoes with lemon pepper on top. Talk about food that gives comfort to my soul!

Have you seen the Presto canner? You don't cook in it you actually can in it and it's electric and it works! Someone did a test with it being in the botulism kill zone and it was in that kill zone of heat and pressure 20 times more than anything else including the Instant Pot Max which cannot be really recommended for canning. I am so happy I used to spend my summers canning and then it became too difficult with my hands and the wheelchair and trying to teach my PA how to do it but now I'm just going to buy the 12 quart scanner and can away it will do 8 pints and it will do I think six quarts. I'm going to do a CSA again this summer and I will have so much to can for the winter I can't be happier! 🙂
