I’ve made banana pudding with evaporated milk since the late 50’s. But my family only likes it cold. I never made mine with meringue. Just taught by my husbands mother. I’ll have to try making it like yours, I wish I could have tasted it with you.

Hi Tammy, new subscriber here. You’ve probably mentioned in other videos but I’m unclear about the mentioning of “sealing” the meringue exactly what is that and what happens if it’s not properly “sealed”?

Never seen it baked before! Always made it with pudding. This might be somewhat like a banana cream pie. Looks divine ❤️must try this! I wonder, is it good at room temp or cold? I want to possibly bring to a pot luck.

That's a beautiful banana pudding! I can't wait to make it for my family, I've stayed away from my family for the last 3 years because of the pandemic, so I'm probably making this for our next get-together!

Ok, I comments about my problem with the wafers, for this on your chocolate pie video. I layer them with pudding on the bottom and top one layer of wafers. Maybe, just too much pudding on them. I’m going to make it like yours with one layer, all bunched together. Hopefully they won’t dissolve.
