Hey, I have a suggestion for a series of sorts: baking using sweetener alternatives. I love to bake and cook, but hate using sugar. If baking, I use either fruit, monkfruit sugar or swerve. Can you please make some videos using sugar alternatives?

Just made these today and they turned out scrumdiliumptious!!! So soft, so moist, baked even all the way through. I subbed equal parts oat flour(I omit the salt when using oat flour), 1/3 the amount of butter for olive oil, and equal parts brown sugar. I could even add more sweetener next time, these are not overly sweet. Added cashews and pecans on top CHEFS KISS thank you for this recipe!

I love all your videos! I seriously bench watch the videos. I take all your pointers. You make it seem so easy and you have made me believe in myself and that I can make your delicious recipes. I have done 4 or is it 6 of your recipes? I can't remember but they have all come out perfect!!!! Now this recipe I saw it and skipped it. Because everytime I have tried to make banana bread or muffins they were a complete failure!!! I'm name this recipe thinking what's the worse that can happen, right? Well they were soft, moist and the most delicious banana muffins I have ever tasted! My son helped make them and he was so proud. This is definitely a recipe I will keep and do often. Thank you so much for sharing your delicious recipes!!!!

I’ve tried many recipes for banana muffins, but these and hands down the best I’ve made. I’ve baked 2 batches so far, and both have turned out perfect! Thank you!

Hi John.. I just discover how amazing almond extract is. I now preferred it over vanilla. Just want to ask if i can use almond extract in substitute to vanilla or is there a rule where i can't use it to a certain recipe..
