    Liked all three recipes. I make the first one fairly often, but with regular, uncooked bacon. I usually season the chicken and brown the roll-ups on both sides a little before putting them in the oven, but when time’s short, this is the way to go (though I’d still hit them with salt, pepper and oregano before I tossed them in the oven). I’ve also made them with the precooked bacon and I just put the bacon in the middle with the cream cheese, used a couple of toothpicks to hold them closed, then proceeded with the browning.

    They all look wonderful and your daughter is right – absolutely nothing is more delicious than shrimp, garlic and butter!

    I have a question 🤔 not necessarily pertaining to anything here.
    Can you freeze coleslaw MIX within a freezer meal, or should I wait and add it to the meal when I cook it?
