I made the onion-tomato butter sauce from fresh tomatoes and it really surprised me. It was a fucking masterpiece and everyone was blown away by how good it tasted. It doesn't look special, but the taste is out of this world. Great recipe, thanks for sharing.

my family loves pasta aglio e olio, we normally fry some shrimps with the garlic and chili flakes and pour over the pasta. It's kinda like combining spanish dish "gambas al ajillo" (fried shrimp and garlic) and pasta, i highly recommend everyone tries this!!

broccoli and spinach can go in all of these to add some vitamins. lighter spring vegetables can work in oil sauces – same with mushrooms. heavier sauces you can add anything, eggplant asparagus carrot cauliflower artichoke heart. Processed cheeses aren't great for health to be eating everyday but these additions will make you feel a bit better if you're eating it day-to-day.

I would only really recommend this though if you're intending for these dishes to be your more nutrient dense meals of the day.
