Great video!!! I tried it but my instead of 2 ckn breasts I put in 5. I added 1 min , 11 instead of 10. Im new to the IP so maybe Im just not totally familiar with its operation. The IP did not time it, it just said "ON". I timed it with my own timer. There was no ding, or timer going off on the IP so checked it after 11 -12 minutes and the ckn was only half cooked. Is that because of the over DBL portion? I put it back in for 5 more mins, still no timer went off so I checked it, still pink inside but better. Hmmmm, they were thawed, am I doing something wrong?? Thanks again for the great video! Keep em coming!! I ended up cooking them once again for 6 more min, on high pressure as you directed. Thx

My mistake: I made this and got busy with other meal prep stuff and noticed that the pressure cooking was completed…and the pot sat for 20 minutes in ‘natural release’ mode, I.e. still pressurized. I think that was actually overcooking the chicken which was a little rubbery. Next time, promptly after 5 minutes I’ll release the steam and then remove the lid to end cooking

I gave a thumbs-up, but this 8 minute video felt like 15 and could have been done better in 3 minutes. It would have helped if right up front you said ‘this is just about how to cook chicken breasts for use in any other recipe’

Ten minutes?! No way! Svena Ruski corrects herself when answering Nature Guy. Even better, see my comments. Even 15 mins will give you rubbery chicken. Be found 35 mins is optimal…

My first attempt resulted in a "burn" message;-) When I tried another day on 6 minutes – it worked. Possibly I didn't have enough water first time round? To make the chicken softer will try 7 minutes next time. It's called the Learning Curve!

this works well too by adding other tasty and healthy things to the water. i added a splash of low sodium soy sauce, apple cider vinegar and a halved onion and carrot to rest my chicken on as i don't have the rack!
