    Crack Chicken Recipe (Crockpot meal)

** I usually slow cook on low until chicken can just be pulled apart with a fork**

** Once you make this recipe for the first time, and decide you like it you can play around with the ingredients. I do it often. I normally add more cream cheese and cheese πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ€£

*4- boneless skinless chicken breast (I’m sure you could use bone-in chicken breast, I just never have)

    *16 oz. cream cheese

*2 packets of dry Ranch seasoning

    *1 teaspoon garlic powder

    *1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

    *A few Pepperoncinis

    Optional: salt and pepper

(I love salt. I mean really, really love salt, I know horrible but, I never feel the need to use it in this recipe. I only add pepper.

Optional: Bacon! Lots and lots of bacon lol. I have used the recipe both with and without. If you would like to use bacon the only thing I would say is to make sure you cook it crispy! Then crumble into pieces.

Also, I’ve been adding the bacon once the chicken is done to prevent excessive sogginess of the bacon. You can sprinkle it on top or mix it in. I would say this part is personal preference.

I usually serve over rice. However, there are many ways to serve it. My husband usually uses a tortilla wrap, adds rice, chicken, topped with bacon and extra cheese!

Happy Friday! I’m here for dump & go! I told my daughter the other day, if it’s a one pot meal, it’s my kind of meal. Empty nest now, but left overs are always welcomed!
