The taco soup turned out too spicy with 2 cans or tomatoes and chile so it you don't like too spicy just use one.

Great video, look delicious. Can’t wait to try! I wouldn’t cook with plastic like that personally because plastic leeks into our food enough as it is. Flexible plastic especially leaks toxins, even more so when heated. The body mistakes the plastic chemicals as hormones.

I just looked at an article on the science of cooking and another article on cream cheese which is saying cheese most cheese needs to be room temp before cooking or it clumps. A lot of people were saying it was the brand. I used Publix organic and 365 organic and let it go to room temp and did not have a problem.

I’ve used the great value cream cheese before and it always melts just like yours did no matter what I try. The Philadelphia always does what it’s suppose to do.
