    Hey Roel, i have a question. For my dry aging projects I use the drya bags. And they do the job but… Normally dry aged meat has a typical dry aged flavor, wright. But my meat from the bags doesn’t have that. It has the same structure but not the flavor. I dry age for 4 weeks. Am I doing something wrong???
