This is a variation on my Lemon Pie Cobbler, using home canned fruit. You can substitute almost any canned fruit. These were Drunken Peaches that I canned, …
Looked like a decadent and yummie dessert. Was the batter cooked enough though? From my vantage point, the batter looked a little on the gooey side. I think I'd like mine more cake-like. But that seems like it would be easy to modify. Good recipe. I don't have drunk peaches, but I think regular canned peaches might work alright.
I’ll bet that was amazing 💕
Its good (and fun) to see you and your sister in the kitchen again.
That looks so good. I love your baking dish. Now I want to know whst you did with the Drunken Peach syrup!
Fyi, I was grown before I knew John Deere wasn't the only tractor out there. The first time I saw an IH, I was stunned and appalled 😂

Hi and thanks so much for giving the measurements. I've been wondering what desert to make for church on Sunday after communion. Here I am and now I know, it'll be your drunken peach cobbler 😃
Greetings from South Africa 🙋🏻♀️
I use: 1 cup self-rising flour which can eliminate the salt & baking powder. Yes, this is a simple cobbler and use up fresh fruit that’s in season too. Yum-O!
