Looked like a decadent and yummie dessert. Was the batter cooked enough though? From my vantage point, the batter looked a little on the gooey side. I think I'd like mine more cake-like. Hi and thanks so much for giving the measurements. I've been wondering what desert to make for church on Sunday after communion. Here I am and now I know, it'll be your drunken peach cobbler 😃
    Greetings from South Africa 🙋🏻‍♀️
