Wow Lyle those looked fantastic. I like the Dr Pepper idea, I'll have to give that a shot. I did a pork butt the other day in my pellet smoker and used a can of Coke during the wrap stage. I think I wrapped it to early because I didnt get a lot of smoke flavor. I like my pellet smoker for ease of use but for real bbq and smoke flavor my go to is my octagon offset. Thanks Lyle and keep up the great videos.
I like mine falling off the bone after 4 hours in the crockpot, but I'm gonna give the dr. pepper a try.

Does the pressure cooker make the meat more tender? I used to use Dr. Pepper when I cooked roast beef in the crock pot. Yea. I would cook meat for my coworkers.
