Costco chicken supplier has thousands of chickens crammed into filthy sheds and the chickens are bred to grow so large so fast that their legs cannot support their weight. Bon appetit!

Absolutely nothing wrong with sodium. It's an essential mineral/electrolyte required for blood pressure regulation. Kidneys need it to regulate blood volume. Any excess the kidneys will dump out with urine. The recommendation of restricting sodium does more harm than good. Problem is that people eat too much sugar and refined carbs. Hyperinsulinemia activates angiotensin II rennin causes kidneys to increase blood pressure. Electrolytes imbalance of magnesium and potassium will result in hypertension as well. But it's much easier to blame sodium than address the real cause.

How can you possibly compare the sodium content of 3 oz of chicken, with a double quarter pounder with cheese. That's 8oz of beef plus 1-2 oz of cheese. This actually weakens your argument because the rotisserie chickens actually have more sodium in 10 oz than the McDonald's burger

Costco is the only place I'd buy a rotisserie chicken from. They sell a ton so they're always fresh, they're cheaper than everyone else, and their chickens are larger. Win win win
