Pretty decent recipe but three eggs are too many it would be fine with just one plus adding some seasoning maybe some garlic and some dill and salt and fresh ground pepper.

again I would do this with the cauliflower that you can do in the right rice type of the cauliflower and do it that way you can still use the eggs and the cheese and any seasoning that you want and then do it in the skillet that would be great but I and I know what you’re doing
Just did this but added red pepper onion garlic salt and pepper and poured some ranch in while I was mixing it, 10/10
