Thank you, I made this tonight, I didn't want to cook tonight but this was so easy and I had almost all the ingredients already. I subbed the turkey for canned chicken and made my own mixed veggies mixture and of course real butter I could never compromise on that. It was good, I even had canned cranberry sauce.

I’m blessed enough to not worry about food in this stage of life and WISH I had someone like you around when I needed it. I truly believe you are helping people and I appreciate and respect that.

Thank you for sharing, I really appreciate your time and efforts. Just a thought, it would be nice if you could add an estimated price to the meal. Thank you again for all your time and effort.

Definitely made something like this from leftovers in the past! I put the potatoes on the bottom though, then top everything with the stuffing, so it crisps up and doesn't go soggy on the bottom!

I always make a thanksgiving casserole with my leftover, we use a layer of cranberry sauce between the stuffing and turkey, it really adds a nice extra flavor and instead of mixed veggies we always have leftover turnip and carrot mash filled with butter and black pepper, delicious. Thanks for sharing.

Last year I made similar casseroles with our leftovers and froze them. They were the first casseroles used up out of the freezer. Every time I have my hubby a choice he picked Thanksgiving casserole.

    Leftover Thanksgiving casserole.
First layer stuffing. On top of that spread some cranberry sauce. If canned easier to mash it up first. Next layer is chopped or shredded bit size bits of turkey. Wargm up leftover gravy (or make fresh) and pour over the turkey layer, filling in gaps. You can also add green bean casserole on top of turkey before pouring the gravy if wanted. Next is the messy part. Using your hands pat leftover mashed potatoes (or fresh made) into patties and place over the gravy. Trying to spread them would just make a mess. Place these flattened bits of potato until entire top is filled in. Make sure to fill in gaps with potatoes and mushing edges together to help seal it. Then bake at 350° for about an hour or until potatoes are browned.
    Delicious.

Really enjoy your videos, keep them coming. In Ireland where I am, that would be considered a pie🥧 as opposed to a casserole. But, I'm definitely going to try this with leftovers from Christmas.
