    Okay, but once again, how come the carnivores do so well and heal their guts with zero fiber… absolutely none.
    And maybe it’s because;
    If glyphosate causes leaky gut, well, all those vegetables, grains and nuts… those are the sources of glyphosate.
    And it’s not just a little bit. Meat has almost none.
    If you’re having serious gut problems, consider the lion diet.
    From there you can try adding things in, one at a time, and see.

    What a misguided moron 😂
    He rambled 1 minute long and still did not mention collagen for once 😂 which is the primary protein to repair the gut, and it can only come from animal products.
    Fiber is one cause for leaky gut and he mentioned it in a positive way 😂

    Oh, I stopped eating all carbs and slowly reduced my vegetables over three weeks. Then I just started eating meat. I am now a carnivore, and feel better than I have in my whole life!

    Can't agree. Fiber of any kind is really bad for a leaky gut. Grains obviously is the worst. You can have some fruit like berries for the polyphenols. The best is a pure carnivore diet. That will rid you of all bad bacteria and saturated fats and the resultant flow of bile will heal. Also stay away from alcohol.

    Fiber will IRRITATE the gut. Fiber is NOT a nutrient. The CARNIVORE diet will heal. I no longer have any digestive issues. Carbs (sugar) and fiber are absolutely unnecessary. Resources: Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Paul Saladino, Dr. Robert Kiltz, Dr. Shawn Baker and many other carnivore doctors on YouTube. Please spare the negativity and rebuttal. Hope this helps ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

    No, no no no, if you have gut health problems the very last thing you want to do to your poor, damaged healing gut is add fiber to it, fiber is awful, the worst thing you could do for yourself. Absolutely not.

    I HIGHLY respect you Dr. Hyman, but I think we should reconsider or dive into the fiber and veggies a bit, which has been proven to have oxalate toxicity which can cause a host of issues…Bottom line, test, don't guess!!

    How do you remove "the bad stuff" if you might have some? How do I know these things?
    I gave 3 raging auto-immune system disorders that affect every bit of my so-called life! What specifically can I do?
