💡I usually buy bags of chicken quarters and then prepare them for portion freezing by removing all the skin from the chicken.🎯
🤔 I may still try this dish with what I have and try to remember to keep the skin on one portion to try ot tour way next time.✅

Tried this and it is absolutely delicious! Can’t underestimate the use of fresh onion and garlic. For leftovers, I used a boxed Spanish rice (made with canned fire-roasted tomatoes) and stirred in the deboned chicken thighs, sauce, and vegetables. Thank you, Angelica!

Weird request but i would like to see a video on how you keep your stainless steel pans so clean! And how to use them without everything sticking. I just can’t figure it out. Sometimes I make scrambled eggs on mine and I always loose like 1 egg cause it crusts to the pan!
My bf and I love your videos we just moved out of state and your recipes have saved us!

If you were to add vegetables, which vegetables would you recommend to be put in the oven with the chicken broth and potatoes? I recently got married and subscribing to you has been a blessing!!! Best thing I've ever done, thank you for these delicious recipes

One more comment, not aimed at you in particular, just one of my pet peeves. Just before kneading the raw chicken you're quick to point out that your hands are clean. So what….the bacteria that may be lurking on the chicken is many times worse than what may be on unwashed hands. We shouldn't be concerned with contaminating the chicken, but rather the other way around; i.e., wash your hands afterwards before handling something else that may not require cooking. Proper cooking kills all ills.
I'm an educated microbiologist with an admittedly different view than most.
Love your creations, keep them coming!

I would suggest not peeling the potatoes. Leave the skin on for flavor, fiber, and vitamins…and appearance.
It seems we've all been conditioned to peel things. I no longer peel potatoes or carrots.

Alright. Challenge. Potatoe Skins. TGIF is charging 3xs the cost in less than 2mo. We have all tried recipes, take too long and too complicated.

Can you you do it? Crispy edges, savory cheese not bland? Time?

Doubt it. But I kinda like you even though your a privileged Mexican with an Asian hubby. I ONLY mention this because Whites are called out for the same thing but it's not true.

Your time to shine with a challenging recipe. Hope you don't blow it off and acknowledge. 😇
