DIY MILK TEA RECIPE GUYS ETO NAAA
1 cup tapioca pearl + 5 cups boiling water for 30mins and rest sa pot for 30mins then rinse with tap water, you can add 2/3 cup brown/muscovado sugar directly mix well until disolves or para mas thick ang syrup add brown sugar/muscovado sugar and tapioca pearls in the pan cook in medium heat until thickens
for black tea mixture, you can use any brand
2 tea bags + 1 cup boiling water
1. Brown Sugar Milktea
tapioca pearls, ice, equal parts of fresh milk and black teayou can add brown sugar as toppings
2. Double Chocolate with Creamcheese Foam
2 tbsp creamer + 2 tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp cocoa powder + black tea mixture + 180ml chuckie
for cream cheese foam
2 tbsp cream cheese (room temp) + 1/2 tbsp sugar, mix well then add 2 tbsp all purpose cream (you can use hand mixer)
3. Classic Milktea
3 tbsp creamer + 1 tbsp condensed milk + black tea mixture
4. Matcha Milktea
2 tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp matcha powder + 1/4 cup hot water mix well
tapioca pearl + ice + milk + matcha mixture
5.Yakult Milktea
3 tbsp creamer + 1 tbsp condensed milk + black tea + yakult
6. Oreo Milktea with Creamcheese Foam
3 pcs oreo, crushed + 2 tbsp creamer + 1 tbsp condensed milk + 1/2 tbsp nestle cream + black tea mixture
top with cream cheese mixture and crushed oreos
7. Biscoff Milktea
1 tbsp biscoff + 1 tbsp caramel syrup/condensed milk +2 tbsp creamer + black tea mixture
top with marshmallows or cream cheese foam mixture
