You're going to like the outcome it's a lot of hard work 40 years is just about my limit hopefully about try it one more time can't wait to see it happening
Acre Homestead is great to watch for lots of great tips on everything. Becky is so smart about how-to’s. She really does her homework to find out everything she can before she gets into her “kitchening” and gardening. She cans, dehydrates, makes mixes and vegetable powders, has some recipes for meals to fill the freezer, and so much more. I think she is one of many good sources who could help put you at ease about food preservation. She’s so thorough with directions and hints and tips on all that she publishes. So enjoyable to listen to her. Good luck with your homemaking adventures. Looking forward to when your newest family member arrives.
Freya’s face when she was grabbing her food was priceless🥰 She is growing so much, it’s a joy to watch! Thank you for sharing your awesome life with us mama Happy Monday🤍
Before you put the jars in the pantry (after they’re take the rings off). By doing that if any did not seal correctly the lid will pop off and not reseal so you don’t have to worry about the getting sick.
Check out. Jilly G's gluten free channel. Get a ball book for both water bath and pressure canning. You and Chris should both read up in what to do. Have fun
My whole family has Covid! My son with non verbal autism and a heart condition got it first then we all got it! My husband and I got it the worse so we are all in quarantine! So tired congested! My fave and sinuses hurt so bad I had the worst headache of my life! Never thought it was Covid but was positive! Stay safe it knocks you down hard! I’m on a steroid antibiotic for junk in my lungs and I start to get better then feel worse!
Sutton s Daze is a great One to watch on canning!! I would start with water bath canning first before pressure can. I love pressure canning meat-I did about 100 jars this last year-Read and watch lots of You tube videos . Start with chicken breast -it’s the easiest but hamburger and pork butt are yummy also-sorry I don’t live closer-to come and help!!
How exciting 😊 I want to can as well. I've made jam but never canned vegetables or meat. Elka is so sweet and yes at times they are So much worse than kid's 😂🥰 I so love how you teach Freya and the kids to cook. It will definitely stick with them. It's nice seeing Freya eating the food you make. The sensory issues are getting less 🥰❤

I think it is an American thing too. Bit shocked at the rbst. It is banned in Australia, and I think Canada as well.
I'm interested in growing my own tea so I will check this site out thanks..
