This looks so good! I bought a 2qt pressure cooker just for recipes I like that hubby won't eat! I love chicken livers! Got everything to make this an when hubby goes to bed I am making this as a late night snack while I watch movies! Kids are grown so its all mine!

G'day Charley! Adding that fresh tomatoes makes a lot of sense, gotta try that because I reckon that would cut through the richness of the liver…Liver mandatory, Hot Sauce mandatory. I love this version of good old Dirty Rice!!!

One of my dangerous secret vices is dirty rice. With hot sauces sprinkled on top. Pickles, you did it as good as I can imagine~ Good Gawd, Buddy! Dirty Rice Good. I like your version. It can be akin to the rice and hash we make to go with pulled pork. Of course the hash is all pork butt ground up. Anyway, nice job. That pressure pot is cool. We need to use our more. It's not hard, just push the buttons. lol
