Bridget Jones messed me up haha I can’t remember if it specified it in the film or just in the book but there was continuous weighing ins and focus on how 8 stone is apparently fat 😂🙈

The blue soup really cracked me up because when I was a kid in the 80s, my mom would make chicken cordon bleu on occasion and she always used blue yarn to tie up the chicken bundles that she happened to have early on and then just kept in the kitchen and used it each time. I was a fully fledged adult before I realized that chicken cordon bleu was not so named because it was supposed to have blue stripes across it where the blue yarn had been. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Element can be hard to find in some areas unless you order online, so another great option is Ultima, which may be a little easier to come by for some people. It’s my personal favorite, as I have to take electrolytes daily for my Dysautonomia. I’m not sponsored by them or anything, just genuinely trying to help💯💖

I am a 90s kid too but I would love to see you do the 80s ! This was the time that turned our mothers into the food phobic "looks is everything" people that raised us. My mom confessed to actually spacing out my bottle feeds a bit further apart to "save me" from being a fat baby! We know the fashion was a disaster but it passed, while the messages our mothers got during that time are with us still!

I love your white bean tip! I started doing that for all of my pureed vegetable soups after seeing it in your channel a while back. Sometimes, I add it when I make pasta sauces too!

OK I don't know if you'll read this Abbey but, I just want to say,

    ED warning!!

You have helped me a LOT in healing my relationship with food. I had been overweight my entire life. I stared my "weight loss journey" when I was only 13. I tried all types of diets but to no avail because those just caused me to binge even more. At one point, I just ate one omelette and boiled vegetables and nothing else for the whole day, and exercised rigorously. Because of my eating habits, I lost my period, which messed me up even more. But I'm healing, and your videos have helped me a lot. I have lost a lot of weight in a healthy way and yay I got my period back. I try to eat intuitively. There are some instances where the fear of eating certain food comes back but I'll get there one day. So, thank you ❤

Stop dissing skim milk. Some of us are allergic to dairy fat, and it's the only milk we can drink besides non-dairy milk. But even that hurts my stomach depending on the fat in it.

In the mid 2000 the Sonja Bakker diet book was and is still popular in Holland and some other countries. I love to hear your opinion about her recipes and macro's.
