Last time I had jook was in 1986, just before leaving Hawai'i for basic training. Chicken. I never thought about using a pressure cooker.

Those pressure cookers are great. My wife prepares soup base and cans it in quarts, just add rice or noodles and you have a meal. Not sure what you call cold there but its a spring day in Minnesota if the temp is above freezing.
