I think anyone who eats pig feet should cook them. Anything out of a jar or from a market that is raw is possibly dangerous. I put pam in a casserole dish. Then take some pickled pig feet from the jar they come in and pour the vinegar into the dish. Then I fill the pickled feet while in the jar with hot water, shake them and clean them. Next dry them, season with Mrs. Dash, Garlic powder and Paprika and add to the casserole dish. I cook them at 350 degrees for 30 minutes then serve. But it's only when I go to my mom's crib. I fix it only for her. My Dad and I don't eat pig feet.

making this today for my grandfather and grandmother.
Edit: Instead of playing around with that butter like you did, I just went ahead and added an entire stick of sweet cream butter. Pigs feet are on the stove right now. I think you forgot to include a step; boil for 1 hour to to get rid of all the mud and grime on the pigs feet, rinse then cook for 4 hours and add your seasonings and stuff. Anyways, I'll update this once its time to eat.

Ummm, mouth watering. It looks very delicious. I will try to cook this later tonight and will follow your instruction.
From the video I could tell it is very tasty as the meat is so tender.
Thank you for sharing this with us.
    God bless us all.

I'm gonna hold off on eating pig's feet for a while because I got a bad case of food poisoning last year. I bought some pig's feet from a grocery store, but they were stocked with the cured/smoked meats. The pig's feet were fresh, not cured or frozen. I washed them and thoroughly boiled them as I always do, until the meat fell of the bone. Needless to say, I got sick as a damn dog. I had diarrhea for two weeks.
