    That looks amazing Chetna, when ever I make bread it doesn't come out right, when ever my mum makes bread it comes out so delicious and fluffy 😋😁 I really need to buy myself a mixer to make the dough on, I did try making bread once or twice then I left it for a very long because it wasn't coming out the way I wanted it, so I decided I will try again at soon to see if it's any different ☺️

    I made sourdough focaccia a couple of months ago. i'm borderline diabetic and i'm very good about eating small servings of bread so that it. doesn't raise my blood sugar above my goal threshold. However, that focaccia was so delicious, i lost all of my will power as I kept going back for "just one more bite". My blood sugar was pretty high, the highest it's ever been, so either I have to stop making focaccia bread or i have to learn to control myself around it.
