That looked like a full cup of uncooked rice. Makes more sense that it is a cup with 3 Cups of liquid. Am I correct with that??

I couldnβt find the recipe, so Iβm just going watch the video to get the ingredients, going to make this recipe tonight. So I made this, I seared the sausage before I put it in, I feel it gives it more of a smoky flavor, and I use minute rice, and put it in the last 30 minutes to go it turned out just fine, it kinda reminds me of chicken cacciatore, with sausage. I really like these easy one pot recipes, crockpot recipes, and casseroles, a lot of those casseroles you can put in a hot logic now, make your life a lot easier, put them in a disposable pan
Sounds & Looks great / tasty …So much so that I paused the video got open & paper & wrote down the ingredients as you built & cooked this meal just so I wouldn't mess up & either forget to get & keep this recipe or lose this video because being winter & all I'm looking forward to making & trying this recipe …..
