I’m on a mission to find and cook with the least expensive cuts of meat that I can find and this one blew me away! Beef Osso Buco …
Investing in crypto now should be in every wise individuals list, in some months time you'll be ecstatic with the decision you made today
Louise, I have not seen that cut of meat in our stores, can you suggest another cut of meat? This looks wonderful!
I don’t believe there are cheap cuts of beef anymore. They’re all expensive.
Wow, this will be tried next week. Already thawed the pork chops!(LOL)..couple questions. 1. Can I use almond milk instead of heavy cream? 2. As tender as this meat looks, could it be used instead of expensive stew meat? Thank you for all you share with us. Have great week!
looks lovely must try it this week
You should try the disposable empty tea bags for your herbs! It works great & it's a lot easier than messing with cheese cloth!
Oh Boy!! I’ve eaten this in restaurants and loved it. I’m definitely going to make it. Yum!! Thanks Louise. Also, where can I buy the tongs you used? 😁
I put lemon pepper on… well, just about anything that otherwise one might salt or butter. Lemon on potatoes is MMMMMM Good! Try it on pasta, sweet potatoes, biscuits, and it does weird-good things to hamburger that's intended for pasta sauce.
Could I slow cook the meat? I am not fond of pressure cooked meat (I do have an instant pot)
Thanks for using cheaper cuts of meat @ making it delicious 😋
Any store anymore as well as Gas Station….
BRACE FOR STICKER SHOCK.
YIKES!!!!!
I agree the prices of beef are crazy, I will be trying this soon! thank you L 🙂 I cant beleive im watching this tasty video and an Ear WAX commercial comes up! OMG!
Delicious I have made it before, took all day, but now with the ninja will make it your way
After the Premiere, I went to the store to pick up my ingredients and made it. The meat was so tender and flavorful. This was a big hit! Thank you Louise! 🥰🤗😋👍 Also shared the recipe with a few people who said they are going to try it.
For me the fresh herbs make this dish. Thank you so much for being you and cooking like you do❤
I have cheese cloth and I’ve tried wrapping my herbs in it or tying them with twine and you know what I like just aL naturals best. Just like you did
Cooking utensils in the pot Yep been there done that 😂
You made My Sunday Lady & Hubby 😁. I know He’s there behind The Camera Ready To Eat His Lovely Wife’s Amazing Yummy Cooking🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️. FYI I bought several fat daddy pans too after watching you with the ninja foodie and my roommate sometimes sticks them in the dishwasher so yeah mine look like yours lol😜.
Louise, would I use the same measurements and cook time if I used veal shanks instead?
Well I can’t make this amazing dish that you made that has me drooling, oh not today that is😉😉😉, but I am making your beef stew today with some sourdough cornbread I’m going to try cooking the corn bread on the rack over the stew towards the end of the cooking of the stew🤞🏼😁
Now your beef shanks have real meat on them I wish I could get some like that. I haven’t even been able to get beef or veal shanks for sometime at my local grocery store😢
Osso Buco is one of my favorite special dishes to make. The reason I don’t make it more often is at least where I shop once you cook it the flavor is great but there is very little meat. And people end up disappointed. But I think it is so rich and decadent and savory I just love it and I never thought about cooking it in my ninja. But I’m still pretty new to my ninja. Your video just started and I can’t wait to see what you do as always😃
we are retired and live on a very strict income and meat is something we can barely afford any more..but this looks soooo good..gonna have to go to the store and price the meat and fix..plus we live in a dry county lol
Looks so good ❤
Love bone marrow! I have never made my Osso Buco in the pressure cooker, I am going to do that the next time!😊
Greeks make lemon potato’s that are delish!
I started buying osso buco from a local farmer for the first time last year. I have been cooking them in the slow cooker for soups and stews then pressure canning them with veggies. It makes a very rich bone broth as well. The meat comes out very tender and shreds easily.
Your making me hungry Louise 😋
Good morning Louise how can i make this low carb any suggestions or tips
