Wow, this will be tried next week. Already thawed the pork chops!(LOL)..couple questions. 1. Can I use almond milk instead of heavy cream? 2. As tender as this meat looks, could it be used instead of expensive stew meat? Thank you for all you share with us. Have great week!

I put lemon pepper on… well, just about anything that otherwise one might salt or butter. Lemon on potatoes is MMMMMM Good! Try it on pasta, sweet potatoes, biscuits, and it does weird-good things to hamburger that's intended for pasta sauce.

After the Premiere, I went to the store to pick up my ingredients and made it. The meat was so tender and flavorful. This was a big hit! Thank you Louise! 🥰🤗😋👍 Also shared the recipe with a few people who said they are going to try it.

You made My Sunday Lady & Hubby 😁. I know He’s there behind The Camera Ready To Eat His Lovely Wife’s Amazing Yummy Cooking🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️. FYI I bought several fat daddy pans too after watching you with the ninja foodie and my roommate sometimes sticks them in the dishwasher so yeah mine look like yours lol😜.

Now your beef shanks have real meat on them I wish I could get some like that. I haven’t even been able to get beef or veal shanks for sometime at my local grocery store😢

Osso Buco is one of my favorite special dishes to make. The reason I don’t make it more often is at least where I shop once you cook it the flavor is great but there is very little meat. And people end up disappointed. But I think it is so rich and decadent and savory I just love it and I never thought about cooking it in my ninja. But I’m still pretty new to my ninja. Your video just started and I can’t wait to see what you do as always😃

I started buying osso buco from a local farmer for the first time last year. I have been cooking them in the slow cooker for soups and stews then pressure canning them with veggies. It makes a very rich bone broth as well. The meat comes out very tender and shreds easily.
