    I usually work out after iftar. I don't eat a big meal like most people do during iftar so that I can workout without any issues. And then I will eat after I come back. Or you can work out before Sheri, I think that is the best time. Get on the treadmill 1hr or 30min before Sehri. Then eat Sehri and fast throughout the day and you don't have to worry about working out while fasting.
