    Day 1 of asking u to try American chop suey.
    U boil ur noodles (add salt if needed) then cool the noods and fry until crispy(don't adjust on the crispiness)
    Then u cook some ginger, garlic, onions, capsicum (u can add more veggies but not anything pulpy like a tomato)
    Once the veggies are cooked add in ur salt and chilli powder. Let the spices cook and then add soy sauce, vinegar and red chilli sauce.
    Cook the sauces for a bit then add water.
    Let the water come to a boil then add in a corn flour slurry.
    Once it gets kinda thick switch off the stove.
    Then in ur bowl add ur crispy fried noods and pour the sauce on top.
    I recommend that u eat it within 30 minutes. If u take longer it will get too soggy to eat.
